About these terms

HudsonPanel is operated by HudsonHost LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. These terms apply to the HudsonPanel website, customer accounts, trials, licenses, updates, and support.

License

Each active HudsonPanel license covers one server. The license includes a 30 day free trial and costs $25 per year after the trial. You may not share, resell, reverse engineer, or use a license to operate a competing licensing service. Keep your account details accurate and your license key private.

Payment, renewal, and cancellation

Payments are processed through PayPal. You may cancel through your customer account or by emailing support@hudsonpanel.com. Cancellation prevents the next yearly renewal, and a paid license remains active through the end of its term. We will email a notice at least 7 days before an automatic yearly renewal.

The initial yearly payment is refundable within 14 calendar days. Renewal payments are refundable within 7 calendar days of renewal. Partial-year and prorated refunds are not provided. The full rules are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

You may use HudsonPanel only for lawful server administration. You may not use it to harm systems, bypass security, distribute malicious software, interfere with the service, or violate another person’s rights.

Your server

You remain responsible for the server, its users, hosted content, backups, configuration choices, legal use, operating-system updates, and third-party services. Canceling does not uninstall HudsonPanel or delete server data. Licensed services and future updates may stop after the paid term ends.

Support

Email support is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Arizona time, excluding major holidays. The target response time is within two business days and is not guaranteed. Coverage and exclusions are listed in the Support Policy.

Service and warranty

HudsonPanel is provided as available. Features may change as the panel develops, and access may be limited when a license expires, is suspended, or is used outside these terms. To the extent permitted by law, HudsonHost LLC disclaims implied warranties and does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, HudsonHost LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Its total liability related to HudsonPanel will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected license during the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.

Governing law

Arizona law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally must be brought in a state or federal court serving Maricopa County, Arizona, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
