Refund windows
The initial yearly license payment is refundable within 14 calendar days of purchase. Renewal payments are refundable within 7 calendar days of the renewal date. Refunds are not available after these periods except for duplicate charges or a confirmed billing error. Partial-year and prorated refunds are not provided.
Eligibility
Refund eligibility may be denied in cases of abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or a violation of the Terms of Service.
Cancellation
Cancel through your HudsonPanel customer account or email support@hudsonpanel.com. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents the next yearly renewal, and the license remains active through the end of the paid term. We will email a notice at least 7 days before an automatic yearly renewal.
After cancellation
Canceling does not uninstall HudsonPanel or delete customer server data. Licensed services and future updates may stop after the paid term ends.
