Who is responsible

HudsonPanel is operated by HudsonHost LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. Privacy questions and deletion requests should be emailed to support@hudsonpanel.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line.

Information we collect

The licensing site stores your name, company if provided, email address, one-way password hash, account status, and account dates. License records store the license key, price, payment and license status, server hostname and IP when provided, cancellation status, and trial or license dates. Support and security requests may include the information, screenshots, and logs you choose to send.

How we use information

We use this information to provide customer accounts, trials, licenses, payments, renewals, support, security review, fraud prevention, and service administration. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Licensed servers

HudsonPanel does not send central telemetry or routine license checks from licensed servers. A hostname and IP address reach the licensing database only when a customer or administrator enters them on this website. The panel may contact internet services when an administrator requests normal server work, such as public DNS checks or software package operations.

Cookies and browser storage

The website uses the session cookie hudsonpanel_lease for sign-in and request security. It expires when the browser session ends and is configured as HttpOnly, SameSite Lax, and Secure on HTTPS. The site stores hudson-theme in local storage to remember the light or dark theme.

Payments and service providers

PayPal processes HudsonPanel payments and receives the information needed to complete and document a transaction. PayPal handles payment credentials under its own privacy policy. HudsonPanel receives transaction details and status but does not receive or store your full card or bank account number.

The public site loads Space Grotesk from Google Fonts and Font Awesome from cdnjs. Your browser connects to those providers to download those files. HudsonPanel does not use visitor analytics, advertising trackers, behavioral analytics, CAPTCHA, or an external error-reporting service on this website. Panel-generated email is sent through the server’s local mail service.

Retention

Active account, license, server identification, support, and security records are kept while the account or license remains active. After a verified deletion request, personal account information is normally deleted or anonymized within 90 days unless it must be retained for billing, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Billing and transaction records may be kept for up to seven years. Security logs and technical diagnostic records are normally kept for up to 90 days unless needed to investigate abuse or a security incident. Backups may retain deleted information for up to 90 additional days before normal rotation removes it.

Deletion requests

Email support@hudsonpanel.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account. We delete or anonymize personal information that we are not legally or operationally required to retain.

Deleting the customer account does not uninstall HudsonPanel or delete websites, email, databases, or other data from your server. We will explain the effect on any active license before completing deletion.

Your privacy rights

Residents of applicable regions may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of their personal information. A request may be limited when records must be retained for security, billing, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Information is processed primarily in the United States. Users outside the United States understand that their information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. California, EEA, United Kingdom, and other regional rights apply where the relevant law covers HudsonPanel or the customer.
